Meet Madeline

my name is Madeline. 

I enjoy singing

I enjoy music

I enjoy learning

I enjoy school

I enjoy serving

and

I enjoy anything and everything lemon flavored. 

I just finished my the first half of my sophomore year at Utah Valley University studying Social Work with a minor in Spanish (and hopefully, a Certified Family Life Educator). 

I have recently been called to serve a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I will serve for 18 months in the Georgia Atlanta North Mission. 

I report to the Provo, Utah Missionary Training Center (Provo MTC) on February 18th, 2015. There, I will be trained on how to be a missionary and how to speak and teach in the Spanish language. 

This is the most exciting time in my life. I can't remember ever feeling more scared, excited, and overjoyed simultaneously. 

My decision to serve a mission was not a difficult one, although it did come with many challenges. 

This opportunity to devote my entire might, mind, and strength to my Heavenly Father is such a wonderful blessing.
